Terms & Conditions
Before you apply to participate in the affiliate program, you need to read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue to complete the application.
Definitions.
In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise:
• Company - means AngryKPI, owned and operated by Realwin B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curacao, registration number 151307, address: Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Curacao.
• Casino - an Internet resource (with the name of an accessible brand), on which the user (player) is provided with online access to gambling and financial transactions.
• Affiliate program - including the terms “company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, etc. stand for AngryKPI www.angrykpi.com, a marketing services company.
• Partner - including the terms “you”, “your”, “yours”, etc. means an individual and/or legal entity that has agreed to these Terms and Conditions and has also agreed to provide promotional services for the Slots & Bets brand in exchange for commissions and/or remuneration for referring new players to the casino in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Referral customers - referring to customers who have not previously registered with our website and who have created a new account with your affiliate tracking code.
• Players - attracted customers of the casino, registered through the partner's link, and who have passed the minimum qualification (registration + deposit + bets) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Agreement - an agreement between the Company and the Partner in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Program.
• Net Profit ('NGR') - means the amount of Net Profit generated from players referred by you during a calendar month. Net profit is expressed as all funds received from the client in the form of gambling losses, minus expenses within the casino, namely: payouts of winnings, bonuses and bonus expenses, commissions for financial transactions, taxes and administrative fees, any returns on deposits , returns on gaming bets, fees for gaming content providers.
• Commission - a reward received by a partner for attracting new players to the casino.
• Profit share - means the percentage that the partner will earn from the Net Profit Received from the clients he/she referred.
• Reporting period - a certain period of time during which the accumulation and calculation of the partner's commission takes place, with the aim of further payment.
• Promotional materials - promotional or other marketing materials provided or available to the partner and approved in advance by us.
• Promo code - a specific combination of letters and/or numbers allocated to a partner to provide to potential players. Promo codes can be used, including for tracking, in order to link the player to a partner during registration.
• Fraud - any means of deceiving the affiliate program, such as diluting quality traffic, simulating conversions, distorting statistics, incentivized traffic and any other activity maliciously undertaken with a fraudulent purpose against the affiliate program (which is established solely by us and at our sole discretion), regardless of whether any harm has been caused to the affiliate program.
• Hold - the time during which the client passes the KPI to obtain the status of an active player, and the partner passes the verification of the affiliate program for the presence of fraud.
• “Confidential Information” - means all information about us that is private and that we communicate to you (by any means).
• Your website - a website or Internet resource that you declare as your traffic source when registering in the affiliate program.
• Intellectual Property Rights - means any and all patents, trademarks, designs, trade, business and domain names, and company value associated with the foregoing, email addresses, copyrights, including software rights (both source codes, and final) and database rights (in each case, registered or not and any applications for registration and rights to apply for registration in connection with the foregoing), rights to inventions and web formatting scripts (including HTML and XML scripts), know-how, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights that may now or in the future come to light in any part of the world, including all rights of return and the right to sue for damages for past infringements.
Agreement.
1.1. This document (the "Agreement") lists the terms and conditions accepted by Realwin B.V. on the one hand (hereinafter referred to as "AngryKPI Affiliate Program", "We", "us", "our"). And you on the other hand (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" or "partner"). In relation to your application to join our affiliate program and promote the website www.slotsandbets.com and the services provided on it.
1.2. Persons over 18 years of age may become a member and fulfill the terms of the partnership agreement. The Partner guarantees that the law applicable to you does not prohibit you from participating in the AngryKPI affiliate program and fulfilling your obligations under this Agreement.
1.3. Upon registration, the partner confirms that the information provided during registration is accurate, truthful and complete in all respects. The Partner undertakes, upon request, to provide all the data requested by AngryKPI. The Affiliate agrees and acknowledges that if information is provided that is inaccurate, incomplete or does not meet the requirements, commission payments may be withheld.
1.4. AngryKPI reserves the right to both consider and reject your application for participation in the affiliate program. Our decision is final and not subject to appeal. Once we have made a decision regarding your application, we will notify you via the email address provided during the registration. In case of successful acceptance of the application, you agree to follow the terms and conditions listed in this agreement when promoting the website www.slotsandbets.com and the services provided on it. Once your application has been accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions.
1.5. AngryKPI reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement by notifying you by email no later than 5 days prior to the entry into force and display in the Terms and Conditions section of any changes. If you are unable to agree to the changes made, you agree to terminate the Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in this Agreement. Your use of the affiliate program following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of those changes. In order to join our affiliate program, you must accept these terms and conditions and complete and submit an online application.
1.6. After registering in the AngryKPI affiliate program, the partner agrees that the agreement between the partner and AngryKPI may be changed without prior notice or notice to the partner.
1.7. AngryKPI reserves the right to reject an affiliate's application without further notice or explanation.
For settlement with partners, AngryKPI uses two currencies - EUR and BTC. Funds for fiat and cryptocurrencies are credited respectively to the above-mentioned wallets.
Links.
2.1. Links provided to you by AngryKPI must be placed and used for the purposes previously agreed by us. You, in turn, undertake not to change the form, location or operation of links without obtaining the prior written consent of AngryKPI.
2.2. You must make sure that there are no placed links on the pages of your website that are intended for an audience under the age of 18.
2.3. Before linking to any site other than your own, you must first obtain permission from AngryKPI.
2.4. If it becomes clear that your use of links does not comply with the rules of this agreement, we will be forced to block these links and immediately terminate this agreement without prior notice from our side (see clause 12.2).
Calculation of profit share and net profit received.
3.1. The net income from the casino is calculated as: the total amount of all bets minus the winnings of your referred clients or GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue). GGR deducts all administrative expenses - credits, bonuses or bonus expenses, as well as financial transaction fees, chargebacks, provider commissions or any other expenses related to the mentioned customers.
3.2. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change the Profit Share and the Net Profit received, as well as the method of calculating the Profit Share, in accordance with (clause 1.5).
3.3. Depending on the share of net income from the players brought by the partner to the casino website www.slotsandbets.com, the partner's earnings are formed. The partner's income percentage depends on the offer, tariff and product.
Your profit share is calculated according to the following table:
The procedure and terms of settlement with a partner.
4.1. Your affiliate funds will be credited to your account in the AngryKPI affiliate program.
4.2. Payments to partners are made in the first 10 days after the end of the reporting period, if there is a positive balance on the partner's account.
4.3. If the amount to be paid to the partner is less than 70 EUR or 0.005 BTC, then the funds will be transferred for the next reporting period; this will be repeated until the required amount is accumulated. Negative balance is not carried over to the next period.
4.4. The AngryKPI affiliate program has the right not to pay income under the CPA, RevShare or Hybrid model if the affiliate attracts non-existent (fake) players who create multi-accounts. The commission is paid only if the Affiliate has at least 7 active players per month who actively bet on the website.
4.5. If the administration notices unusual behavior of the players, the Partner's account may be blocked, and payments may be frozen for an indefinite period until all circumstances are clarified. If, during the validation check, the fact of violation of the rules is confirmed, the Affiliate Program reserves the right not to pay commission to the Partner.
4.6. At the first payment, it is necessary to fill in and check the account details before sending the application.
4.7. AngryKPI undertakes to provide you with reports, which you can view on your personal partner’s page by going to www.angrykpi.com, with information about your referred clients, as well as your share of Net profit received.
4.8. AngryKPI partners are not allowed to open personal accounts at www.slotsandbets.com casino using their referral link. If this fact is discovered, the personal accounts of the Partner and the players he/she attracted will be blocked, the funds will be debited from these accounts in favor of the casino.
4.9. AngryKPI has the right to require correct and up-to-date information in the reviews of its projects on partner websites. In case of outdated or incorrect information, AngryKPI reserves the right to suspend cooperation with the partner.
4.10. AngryKPI has the right to request information about partners' traffic sources at any time. If the partner does not provide information about the sources on which the partner advertises the casino, then AngryKPI reserves the right to withhold payments until the traffic sources are provided.
4.11. The first payment is issued from 7 FTD.
Dispute resolution.
5.1. Disputes between AngryKPI and the Partner shall be resolved privately.
Participants of the AngryKPI affiliate program must file a disputable situation in writing to the email [email protected] . The appeal must be competently and censorship drafted.
The Partner's Application must contain:
Email;
Full Name;
Partner ID;
The essence of the appeal.
5.2. The AngryKPI administration has the right to refuse to consider the application in the following cases:
- if the appeal does not meet the conditions listed in this clause of the agreement.
- if the appeal uses insults from affiliate program employees and/or uses obscene language.
- if the appeal contains threats against the partner program or its employees.
- if the threat of denigrating the image of the affiliate program in social networks and other resources is used as an argument of the partner.
5.3. The information that is available to the partner in the AngryKPI affiliate program regarding the activity of the service (for example, the number of registered users, the assigned commission plan, the amount of deposits and other data in the partner's profile) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure without prior notice to the administration of the affiliate program.
Prohibited practice.
6.1. You may not, in any way, offer any additional rewards to your referrals without the prior written consent of AngryKPI. In the event that you violate this condition, we have the right to terminate the partnership agreement and refuse to pay you any further share of the profits received from your referred clients. (see clause 11.2).
6.2. Affiliates are permitted to use materials uploaded by AngryKPI to the Affiliate Program for general use. Each partner independently checks the performance of their links and the correctness of displaying additional parameters in their personal account.
6.3. A partner and partner's relatives are prohibited from registering their own gaming account at www.slotsandbets.com casino using their referral link. Under no circumstances may you, your immediate family (spouses, partners, parents, children, siblings) receive any share of the profits from your account or your relatives' account. The partner is forbidden to collude with other players. If such actions are detected, the partner will be blocked in the AngryKPI affiliate program, and commission payments will be canceled.
6.4. You may not in any way modify, redirect, suppress or replace the operation of any buttons, links or other interactive material provided to you by the AngryKPI administration.
6.5. You are prohibited from attempting to artificially increase payout amounts by AngryKPI.
6.6. You agree to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (EC Directive) 2003 and any other relevant or similar laws.
6.7. In case of damage to the reputation of AngryKPI, the company reserves the right to close the account of the partner causing damage.
6.8. Prohibited jurisdictions of the AngryKPI affiliate program are Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Netherlands, France, Australia, Austria, UK, USA, Saba, Statia, Saint Martin, Iran, North Korea.
6.9. It is considered a prohibited practice to replace www.slotsandbets.com casino links with another brand. That is, links leading from www.slotsandbets.com reviews, from www.slotsandbets.com logos in the rating should always lead to www.slotsandbets.com and not to any other brand. Detection of this practice entails the cancellation of affiliate profits.
6.10 Affiliates are prohibited from using the following tools to attract traffic with the mention of the Slots & Bets brand:
Spam mailing;
Motivated traffic;
Mislead;
Scheme;
Privateer traffic;
Fraud;
Cookie stuffing.
6.11. Correspondence and personal communication with the administration, affiliate manager or any representative of the affiliate program is considered confidential information. Participants of the affiliate program are prohibited from providing and bringing to the public, public display, providing third parties with the opportunity to view / listen to restricted information (or its fragments). In case of violation of this rule, the affiliate program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the subsequent blocking of the account and resetting the affiliate balance.
Responsibilities.
7.1. AngryKPI undertakes to provide you with links to place them on your website, and also has the right to update these links from time to time.
7.2. AngryKPI undertakes to make every effort to ensure that a Referral Client registering an account by following an affiliate link with a unique tracking code attached to it is always identified as a client coming from Your website. However, AngryKPI shall not be liable to you in any way if it fails to identify a client as coming from your website.
Intellectual property.
8.1. AngryKPI permits the use and display of www.slotsandbets.com brand information and related content for the duration of this agreement solely for display purposes on your Website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement. You may not modify or transform the www.slotsandbets.com content in any way without prior written consent from AngryKPI.
8.2. You acknowledge and agree that your website must not in any way resemble the design of www.slotsandbets.com or mislead that your website is www.slotsandbets.com (or any part of it).
Guarantees.
9.1. You warrant that You have all valid and necessary registrations, permits, approvals and licenses to perform Your duties under this Agreement.
9.2. Each party to this Agreement warrants to the other party that it has and will, throughout the term of this Agreement, retain all rights and powers to enter into this Agreement, as well as the right to grant the other party the rights and licenses arising from this agreement, and to perform all of its obligations in accordance with this Agreement.
Indemnity Guarantees.
You (the "Indemnifying Party") shall, upon request, indemnify and prevent any damage to AngryKPI and each of its officials. As well as officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders or partners (the "Guaranteed Party") in connection with any losses, charges, claims, damages, costs, expenses (including, but not limited to, the foregoing costs and loss of profits, reasonable legal fees, costs and VAT associated therewith) and debt obligations directly or indirectly incumbent on the Guaranteed Party in connection with the violation, non-performance or non-compliance by the Indemnifying Party of any obligations or warranties contained in this Agreement.
Denial of responsibility.
11.1. AngryKPI is not responsible for the loss of personal data, login and password of a partner. All responsibility relies on the partner.
11.2. We do not guarantee that the operation of the AngryKPI website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not accept any responsibility for the consequences of any network interruptions or errors.
11.3. AngryKPI shall not be liable, by virtue of contract or tort or any other cause, for: loss of profits, income, contracts, business or anticipated savings; or loss of goodwill; or any indirect or direct damages, whether or not such damages were contemplated by the parties at the time this Agreement was entered into, or with any other provision of this Agreement.
General.
12.1. This Agreement contains the entire scope of the agreements and conditions entered into between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude liability for fraud.
12.2. This Agreement shall enter into force upon We inform You of the successful review of Your application in accordance with paragraph 1. This Agreement shall be deemed valid unless and until terminated by either party, with prior written notice no later than 30 days prior to termination of this Agreement. From our side, cooperation may be terminated in case of violation of rule 6.10, attraction of branded traffic without prior notice and receipt of a full commission for it, use of fraud, unresolved conflicts with other affiliates.
12.3. In the event that You breach Your obligations under this Agreement, AngryKPI may terminate this Agreement immediately; and stop paying you commissions from your referred clients by notifying you in writing.
12.4. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect without changes.
12.5. Any notification sent or made in accordance with this Agreement in relation to AngryKPI must be made by e-mail to the appropriate address [email protected]. AngryKPI undertakes to send you any notices in accordance with this Agreement to the registered e-mail address or to any other e-mail address declared by you.
12.6. Nothing in this Agreement shall imply a partnership between the parties or the authorization of either party to act as an agent of the other party, and neither party may act on behalf of or on behalf of the other party to oblige the other party in any way.
12.7. Neither party may make any representations regarding this Agreement or its subject matter without the prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law or any legal or regulatory authority.
12.8. The legality, interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement (and any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with it or its enforcement) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao in connection with any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or performance.
12.9. In the event of any inconsistency in the meaning of any translated versions of this Agreement, the English language version shall be treated as the primary one.
Termination.
AngryKPI, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Program or any other AngryKPI service for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Affiliate Account and the forfeiture and confiscation of all potential or accumulated referral rewards in your account if they were generated through fraudulent, illegal or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing practices. AngryKPI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately stop using and remove from your website all links to the AngryKPI website, as well as all our images and other materials provided under the Program.

Calculation of profit share and net profit received.

4.9. AngryKPI has the right to require correct and up-to-date information in the reviews of its projects on partner websites. In case of outdated or incorrect information, AngryKPI reserves the right to suspend cooperation with the partner.
4.10. AngryKPI has the right to request information about partners' traffic sources at any time. If the partner does not provide information about the sources on which the partner advertises the casino, then AngryKPI reserves the right to withhold payments until the traffic sources are provided.
4.11. The first payment is issued from 7 FTD.
Dispute resolution.
5.1. Disputes between AngryKPI and the Partner shall be resolved privately.
Participants of the AngryKPI affiliate program must file a disputable situation in writing to the email [email protected] . The appeal must be competently and censorship drafted.
The Partner's Application must contain:
Email;
Full Name;
Partner ID;
The essence of the appeal.
5.2. The AngryKPI administration has the right to refuse to consider the application in the following cases:
- if the appeal does not meet the conditions listed in this clause of the agreement.
- if the appeal uses insults from affiliate program employees and/or uses obscene language.
- if the appeal contains threats against the partner program or its employees.
- if the threat of denigrating the image of the affiliate program in social networks and other resources is used as an argument of the partner.
5.3. The information that is available to the partner in the AngryKPI affiliate program regarding the activity of the service (for example, the number of registered users, the assigned commission plan, the amount of deposits and other data in the partner's profile) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure without prior notice to the administration of the affiliate program.
Prohibited practice.
6.1. You may not, in any way, offer any additional rewards to your referrals without the prior written consent of AngryKPI. In the event that you violate this condition, we have the right to terminate the partnership agreement and refuse to pay you any further share of the profits received from your referred clients. (see clause 11.2).
6.2. Affiliates are permitted to use materials uploaded by AngryKPI to the Affiliate Program for general use. Each partner independently checks the performance of their links and the correctness of displaying additional parameters in their personal account.
6.3. A partner and partner's relatives are prohibited from registering their own gaming account at www.slotsandbets.com casino using their referral link. Under no circumstances may you, your immediate family (spouses, partners, parents, children, siblings) receive any share of the profits from your account or your relatives' account. 6.7. In case of damage to the reputation of AngryKPI, the company reserves the right to close the account of the partner causing damage.
6.8. Prohibited jurisdictions of the AngryKPI affiliate program are Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Netherlands, France, Australia, Austria, UK, USA, Saba, Statia, Saint Martin, Iran, North Korea.
6.9. It is considered a prohibited practice to replace www.slotsandbets.com casino links with another brand. Responsibilities.
7.1. AngryKPI undertakes to provide you with links to place them on your website, and also has the right to update these links from time to time.
7.2. AngryKPI undertakes to make every effort to ensure that a Referral Client registering an account by following an affiliate link with a unique tracking code attached to it is always identified as a client coming from Your website. However, AngryKPI shall not be liable to you in any way if it fails to identify a client as coming from your website.
Intellectual property.
8.1. AngryKPI permits the use and display of www.slotsandbets.com brand information and related content for the duration of this agreement solely for display purposes on your Website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement. You may not modify or transform the www.slotsandbets.com content in any way without prior written consent from AngryKPI.

Guarantees.
9.1. You warrant that You have all valid and necessary registrations, permits, approvals and licenses to perform Your duties under this Agreement.
9.2. Each party to this Agreement warrants to the other party that it has and will, throughout the term of this Agreement, retain all rights and powers to enter into this Agreement, as well as the right to grant the other party the rights and licenses arising from this agreement, and to perform all of its obligations in accordance with this Agreement.
Indemnity Guarantees.
You (the "Indemnifying Party") shall, upon request, indemnify and prevent any damage to AngryKPI and each of its officials. As well as officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders or partners (the "Guaranteed Party") in connection with any losses, charges, claims, damages, costs, expenses (including, but not limited to, the foregoing costs and loss of profits, reasonable legal fees, costs and VAT associated therewith) and debt obligations directly or indirectly incumbent on the Guaranteed Party in connection with the violation, non-performance or non-compliance by the Indemnifying Party of any obligations or warranties contained in this Agreement.
Denial of responsibility.
11.1. AngryKPI is not responsible for the loss of personal data, login and password of a partner. All responsibility relies on the partner.
11.2. We do not guarantee that the operation of the AngryKPI website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not accept any responsibility for the consequences of any network interruptions or errors.
11.3. AngryKPI shall not be liable, by virtue of contract or tort or any other cause, for: loss of profits, income, contracts, business or anticipated savings; or loss of goodwill; or any indirect or direct damages, whether or not such damages were contemplated by the parties at the time this Agreement was entered into, or with any other provision of this Agreement.
General.
12.1. This Agreement contains the entire scope of the agreements and conditions entered into between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude liability for fraud.
12.2. This Agreement shall enter into force upon We inform You of the successful review of Your application in accordance with paragraph 1. This Agreement shall be deemed valid unless and until terminated by either party, with prior written notice no later than 30 days prior to termination of this Agreement. From our side, cooperation may be terminated in case of violation of rule 6.10, attraction of branded traffic without prior notice and receipt of a full commission for it, use of fraud, unresolved conflicts with other affiliates.
12.3. In the event that You breach Your obligations under this Agreement, AngryKPI may terminate this Agreement immediately; and stop paying you commissions from your referred clients by notifying you in writing.
12.4. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect without changes.
12.5. Any notification sent or made in accordance with this Agreement in relation to AngryKPI must be made by e-mail to the appropriate address [email protected]. AngryKPI undertakes to send you any notices in accordance with this Agreement to the registered e-mail address or to any other e-mail address declared by you.
12.6. Nothing in this Agreement shall imply a partnership between the parties or the authorization of either party to act as an agent of the other party, and neither party may act on behalf of or on behalf of the other party to oblige the other party in any way.
12.7. Neither party may make any representations regarding this Agreement or its subject matter without the prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law or any legal or regulatory authority.
12.8. The legality, interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement (and any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with it or its enforcement) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao in connection with any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or performance.
12.9. In the event of any inconsistency in the meaning of any translated versions of this Agreement, the English language version shall be treated as the primary one.
Termination.
AngryKPI, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Program or any other AngryKPI service for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Affiliate Account and the forfeiture and confiscation of all potential or accumulated referral rewards in your account if they were generated through fraudulent, illegal or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing practices. AngryKPI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately stop using and remove from your website all links to the AngryKPI website, as well as all our images and other materials provided under the Program.
